ORDER

To be able to order a Product on our website our dear Customers must be eligible to execute and perform binding agreements according to the applicable law or under parental (or guardian) consent, when needed, or be legal entities.

You may not make any purchase under someone else’s identity unless strictly authorized to do so by the identity holder.

When requested, our dear Customers must provide their own name, surname, birth date, email address, delivery address and other personal information. All such information must be true, accurate and up to date. Please double check the information as its accuracy is crucial to proper delivery of the Product.

 

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO

Once an Order is placed we will send you a confirmation.We will then pack and ship the Product as quickly as possible according to availability.

It may unintentionally happen that the Site shows as available Products that are actually unavailable at that moment.

Prices of the Products displayed on the website are in Euros and we reserve the right to change those prices at any time according to the availability of promotions on certain items and the end of those promotions.

 

PAYMENT

Purchases can be made using all major credit cards or through ApplePay and payments will be debited when  the Order is accepted.

We use Stripe as a primary payment gateway to authorize the credit card payment. 

This payment gateway protects the credit card details by encrypting sensitive information to ensure that such information is passed securely between the Customer, us and the payment processor. 

We, as Nousa Concept, will not directly process any credit card details or other financial information supplied for the transaction and belonging to the Customer. 

Therefore we cannot be held liable for any error, negligence or wrongdoing referable to how the Payment gateway has managed the financial transaction linked to the purchase of the Products on the Site. 

Stripe meets the new SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) requirements in the form of an extra authentication step after the authorization of the bank or card issuer and before the payment is charged. This step helps protecting Customers by preventing fraud.

 

SHIPMENT

The Product will be shipped as soon as possible after the order gets in. The shipment costs are included above the purchase amount of 200€. Below that amount the shipment cost will be charged to the Customer at the moment of payment.

We will do our best to proceed swiftly so that you can receive the Product chosen as soon as possible through courier or postal companies. Estimate time of delivery should be between 4 and 7 days (it takes a little longer than usual because we are shipping from the lovely island of Ibiza, so it takes some extra time to get to the mainland).

Please consider that pick ups and deliveries only take place from Monday to Friday and that delivery delays due to strikes or issues related to the courier companies are out of our control. Please make sure you are available at the time of delivery to avoid any extra waiting time. Also be very careful when providing your shipment address as an incorrect information can result in the return of the Parcel to us by the courier service and the need for our dear Customer to pay for shipment a second time.

 

DELIVERY

The Product will be delivered to our dear Customer at the address provided and delivery will be confirmed with a signature to make sure that no package gets lost or misplaced and reaches safely its final destination.

Please note that due to logistic reasons in the following countries it will not be possible to deliver to your home address but only to a DHL Service Point close to your home: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.

The Service Points are many and we will be happy to suggest the one closest to your home or work place to pick up your delivery at the most convenient time for you.
