RETURNS

We strongly encourage our dear Customers to read carefully the description of the Products offered on this website and the details on sizing measurements, as to reduce at a minimum the need for returns. Feel free to contact us via email at info@nousaconcept.com or via WhatsApp at the number +34 644 470742 if you have any doubts on fit, measurements or color.

Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer a free return policy, so the Customer will have to bear the shipping expenses in case of a return, unless the product is clearly faulty. Also we are trying to enhance awareness towards the environmental impacts of returns in case of the double shipping of an item.

So we invite you to care about the Products you choose and the way you are purchasing them. Thank You!

In case the Product does not meet your expectations though, please email us at info@nousaconcept.com or via WhatsApp at the number +34 644 470742 within 14 days after the day of delivery to let us know about your decision. You can ship it back yourself by using your preferred courier service or we can provide you with the according DHL return form. 

In that case the Customer can return the Products  by easily dropping them off at the most convenient DHL Service Point  and sending them to the following address:

If you choose to use our DHL return service, the shipment cost for the return will be detracted from the purchase amount of the Product itself once that amount will be refunded to the Customer.

Make sure that when you return it the Product is intact, with tags and labels and in the same condition it was when you received it. It must not show any signs of use or be altered in any way (worn, washed, ironed, etc.) and it must be packaged appropriately. 

We kindly remind you that it is not possible to return a Product that have been purchased at a discounted price.

Once the Product has been received and considered as in the same conditions as when shipped out, we will proceed to refund the Customer for the purchase price but NOT for the initial delivery expenses. The return shipment costs are at the expense of the Customer and will be detracted from the purchase price at the moment of Refund.

Refund will take place using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase. 


EXCHANGES

We will be happy to exchange a Product for a different size, colour or a different item altogether, but please remember that you will have to bear the return and second shipping expenses.


FAULTY PRODUCT

In case you receive erroneously a faulty Product, please let us know as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days form the delivery date, by sending us an email with images of the defects. We are checking every single product before shipment, so we hope to reduce these cases at a minimum, but if that happens we will take charge of all shipments.
